I got transparent cutouts of a bunch of characters, flags categorized by orientation, gender, etc. I have my own little section of my computer to make these icons. For this example, I’ll just show you how I make them on SAI. I’ve been waiting for an ask like this! Personally, I use Paint Tool SAI to make mine, but the same results can easily be made with free art programs and editing software like FireAlpaca or PicsArt.
